If you can understand French you’ll get a little history lesson from today’s track. Regardless, you have to appreciate the amazing list of Mande musicians who appear on this recording:

   do you know where I can get Infos about the above mentioned Djeli?

   Hi Janine,

   I’ve never heard of Djeli Mori Tounkara. The Djelimady on this album is the famous lead guitarist for the Super Rail Band out of Bamako who now has a successful solo career. Read more about him on this site here:
