Re-post requests

It’s hard to keep up with all the e-mail I receive, but today I’m going to try to answer some of the requests for re-postings that I’ve received in the last little while. If yours is missing please post a comment and I’ll get to it soon.

I invite all of you to read through the archives and, if you find something that particularly interests you, leave a comment on this post with a request for a re-post. There’s a lot of great music in the archives that many of you might not have caught.

   As a relatively new user of this site, I was really excited by the prospect of getting access to some older posts that I wasn’t around to benefit from. Sadly, it seems, the most enticing sounding one (Bantous de la Capitale, under “Rumba before the war”) tells me the mp3 file doesn’t exist!

   After reading the description, I’m dying to hear it, so could you fix the link?
